Can I use PreExam without paying?
Yes. A free account receives a daily question allowance. When the allowance is finished, you can wait for the next reset or choose a paid plan.
Which courses can I practise?
You can practise courses recorded in your semester registration, including approved carry over courses. General courses are created once and can be shared across departments.
How does a bank transfer become active?
Complete the transfer, return to PreExam, select the plan and bank account, then click “I have paid.” An administrator reviews the notice and your dashboard updates after approval.
What happens when I reach my course limit?
You can request a higher course or unit limit from the course manager. The request remains pending until an administrator reviews it.
