How information is used
Your information is used to secure your account, show the right courses, calculate results, manage access, review payment notices, moderate the community and improve the platform.
Payment information
Online payments are processed by the configured payment provider. For manual transfers, PreExam stores the payment notice and any optional screenshot you submit so an administrator can review it.
Who can see your information
Authorised administrators can access information needed to manage users and academics. Finance records are restricted to authorised roles. Public community posts display the username associated with the post.
Your choices
You can update supported profile preferences from your account. Contact support when you need help correcting personal or academic information that cannot be changed directly.
